This guy kicked our asses and made us look stupid – get him on your team!
Nine LAPD defendants were sued for trashing a man’s home in South Central LA and injuring him (verdict: $757,00 Guydon v. City of L.A., et al.). After the verdict, a county safety policeman was referred to Gary by one of the LAPD defendants, with the comment “This guy kicked our asses and made us look stupid – get him on your team.” Gary saved the safety policeman's job without having to go to trial.
We don’t like Casselman, but we respect him
A client who was looking for an attorney for criminal defense (minor misdemeanor) consulted a co-worker whose brother worked for LAPD Internal Affairs. The LAPD person recommended Gary with the comment “We don’t like Casselman, but we respect him” and told his sister not to divulge his name. The case was dismissed by the judge after a hung jury favoring the client.
Our client in the above case - the man whose house was trashed and he was injured - wrote a poem celebrating the success of his case, a takeoff on the classic poem "Casey at the Bat" but with a happier ending than the original.

The only Los Angeles attorney I would trust with my family, friends, and clients
I have been following Mr. Casselman's stellar professional career for decades and can only speak of him in superlatives. He is the only attorney I would use in Los Angeles, and the only Los Angeles attorney I would trust with my family, friends, and clients.
